What’s a 4-Point Inspections?

A four-point Inspection is often required when obtaining a new homeowners insurance policy or renewing anexisting policy. Four Point Inspections are inspections covering the roof, plumbing, electrical, & HVAC systems of the home for insurance purposes. Many insurance companies require a 4 point inspection report on homes typically 30 years & older before writing a policy. The purpose of a 4 point inspection is to determine the approximate age, components, & general condition of these systems. JT Property Inspections & Service Incorporated Inspectors are all licensed & certified to perform 4 point inspections. You can order a 4 point inspection individually or include it with any other inspection.
